Terms and Conditions

The plain-language agreement between you and Clarity AI LLC when you join Your AI Roadmap Program. If anything here needs clarifying, email us and we will answer it in writing.

  1. 01

Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Clarity AI LLC ("Clarity AI", "we", "us"). They govern your enrollment in Your AI Roadmap Program (the "Program"), including the live sessions, office hours, recordings, courses, playbooks, and community access we provide.

By enrolling you accept these terms. If you enroll on behalf of a company or a team, you confirm that you may bind that organization and that you are responsible for the people you add.

  2. 02

    Enrollment, pricing, and payment

The Program is $1,750 as a single payment. Installment plans are available: 3 payments of $713 or 5 payments of $435. Every plan includes the full Program, all bonuses, recordings and the Vault for one full year, and the option to add team seats on the same checkout.

Team seats are $1,500 each and up to 9 seats can be added on the checkout. Teams of 10 or more can contact us for Team Enrollment pricing.

Your place in a cohort is confirmed when payment is received. If a payment fails we will contact you to resolve it, and access can stay on hold until it is resolved.

  3. 03

What you get and how long you keep it

The Program is six live implementation sessions plus office hours. Sessions are recorded and available inside the Your AI Roadmap portal, so you can follow on your own schedule and still complete the builds.

Recordings, curriculum, playbooks, and deliverables stay available in the portal for one full year. The Vault is available for one year. CalChat is available for the duration of the Program. The AI systems, workflows, prompts, and skills you build are yours to keep after that.

Access is for you, and for each person you have paid a team seat for. We can end access for anyone who shares a login or Program materials outside the Program.

  4. 04

    Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee

If you watch all the sessions, complete both courses, and complete the project and find no business value, we will give you a full refund. Request it by email within 30 days of the Program start.

Enrollment is confirmed when payment is received, and your access to the live sessions, the portal, the recordings, the courses, and every bonus is released at that point.

Installment plans are billed on the schedule shown at checkout. If a payment fails we will contact you to resolve it, and access can stay on hold until it is resolved.

Questions about your enrollment or a payment? Email joan.bajorek@hireclarity.ai from the address you enrolled with.

  5. 05

Tools and costs that are yours

You need a Claude Pro or Max subscription; we walk you through setup before the first session. We also use Notion and Google Drive. Subscriptions, usage fees, and any other tools you choose to use are your own cost and are not part of the Program price.

  6. 06

How we expect you to take part

Every session is a working space. Bring real work from your own business, ask the question you think is too basic, and give other participants the same room you would want for yourself.

Do not record, copy, repost, or resell session materials, playbooks, or course content without our written permission, and do not use the Program to pitch your own products or services to other participants.

We can ask someone to leave a session, or end their access, if they are disruptive, abusive, or sharing materials they do not own.

  7. 07

    Who owns what

The teaching materials, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and brand belong to Clarity AI. You get a personal license to use them in your own work.

What you build belongs to you: the AI systems, workflows, documents, prompts, and data you create during the Program are yours, and you can use, sell, or license them freely.

  8. 08

This is training, not professional advice

We teach business people to use AI tools. Nothing in the Program is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and we are not acting as your lawyer, accountant, or advisor.

AI tools can produce work that is wrong, out of date, or biased. Check anything before you send it to a client, publish it, or act on it, and keep the final decision with a qualified person when the stakes are high.

  9. 09

    Results are not guaranteed

Any revenue, income, time savings, or business-value figures we share, including client examples and testimonials, are illustrative examples of what is possible. Individual results vary and depend on your skills, industry, resources, and the effort you apply.

Nothing on this site or in the Program promises that you will achieve a particular result, saving, or earnings.

  10. 10

Changes to the Program and to these terms

We may adjust session dates, guest sessions, tools, or materials to keep the Program current, and we will tell you about anything that affects your participation.

These terms can be updated. The version published here is the one in force when you enroll, and later changes apply to enrollments made after they are posted.

  11. 11

    Questions

Email joan.bajorek@hireclarity.ai and we will reply Monday to Friday, usually within 2 to 3 business days.
